Maribeth Medich-Prendergast - President
As President and Co-Owner of DAK Landscape and Custom Designs, Inc., Maribeth oversees the program development, marketing, finances and day-to-day operations, which encompasses two divisions. Before coming aboard in 1995, Maribeth served 13 years in the non-profit arena while obtaining a degree in Finances and Business Management. It was there that she gained the experience and knowledge in the construction industry. Maribeth credits her company’s success to a dedicated team of professional individuals.

David A. Kjenaas - Executive Director of Sales CFO/Operations Manager
David is the Executive Director of Sales, CFO, Operations Manager and Co-Owner of DAK Landscape and Custom Designs, Inc. David originally started DAK Landscape in 1977 in Cupertino, California. David played a major role in DAK's growth since the beginning, expanding the company to include virtually every aspect of design and installation. David is a licensed C27 contractor who currently oversees the daily operations for two divisions, is the consultant for designs and product research and implementation, company budgeting,and  website management.

Jeannie Morreno - Customer Service Representative
Jeannie is responsible for the daily comminication with the customer.  She keeps you informed and up to date on the status of your project. Jeannie also does all purchase orders, job tracking, product ordering and plant orders.
