Maribeth Medich-Prendergast - President
As President and Co-Owner of DAK Landscape and Custom Designs, Inc., Maribeth oversees the program development, marketing, finances and day-to-day operations, which encompasses two divisions. Before coming aboard in 1995, Maribeth served 13 years in the non-profit arena while obtaining a degree in Finances and Business Management. It was there that she gained the experience and knowledge in the construction industry. Maribeth credits her company’s success to a dedicated team of professional individuals.

David A. Kjenaas - Executive Director of Sales CFO/Operations Manager
David is the Executive Director of Sales, CFO, Operations Manager and Co-Owner of DAK Landscape and Custom Designs, Inc. David originally started DAK Landscape in 1976 in Cupertino, California. David played a major role in DAK's growth since the beginning, expanding the company to include virtually every aspect of design and installation. David is a licensed C27 contractor who currently oversees the daily operations for two divisions, is the consultant for designs and product research and implementation, company budgeting,and  website management.
